Salsa de tomates en 5′ / Five-minute tomato sauce

Tan simple como cortar tres tomates en cubos grandes y licuarlos o procesarlos con media cebolla, un diente de ajo, hojas de orégano y albahaca frescas, sal, pimienta y una pizca de azúcar. Calentar en una olla, mezclar con pasta al dente y servir con más albahaca. 😉

As simple as chopping three tomatoes and puréeing them in a food processor or blender with half an onion, one garlic clove, fresh oregano and basil leaves, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Heat in a pan, mix with al dente pasta and garnish with more basil. 😉
