Semillas de calabaza con curry / Curried squash seeds

¿Compraste calabaza y la vas a cocinar? No tires las semillas y prepará este snack facilísimo.
You bought squash and will be cooking it soon? Save the seeds and make this easy snack.

Lavar bien las semillas, dejarlas secar y agregarles sal, pimienta, curry y un poquito de aceite de oliva. Mezclar bien, llevar a un horno bajísimo por 1-2 horas, hasta que se doren apenas. Guardar en un frasco hermético.
Ideal para:
■ Agregar a ensaladas (suma mucha textura).
■ Poner al final a alguna sopa espesa.
■ Comer así nomás.
Thoroughly wash the seeds, let them dry and add salt, pepper, curry powder and a dash of olive oil. Mix well, take to an extremely low oven for 1-2 hours, until they start to brown. Store in an airtight jar.
Ideal for:
■ Adding to salads (great texture).
■ Sprinkling some on a thick soup.
■ Eating as-is.
